A Delegation to Priverno

Bridgwater's new Italian twin town PRIVERNO is proving a popular destination and with plans for school exchanges, music trips, choir link ups and a history of  film student visits and a bit of football, this autumn was an optimum moment to send just a regular twinning delegation over there.

  

Friday 7^th October.

Fly Bristol to Rome Fiumicino (FCO) (terminal 3) 1210 arr 1545

Met at Rome airport by Brian in a minibus 

Travel to the nearby coastal resort of Sabaudia (65miles/1 hr 20)   at the 4 star beach hotel Oasi di Kufra -breakfast and evening meal is provided each day

1900 evening meal – joined by guests from Priverno  

Saturday 8^th October .

0800-1000 breakfast.   morning in Sabaudia   MONTE CASSINO (70miles/1hr30) in the afternoon

Visit to Priverno to meet the new Mayor AnnaMaria and old friends

0800-1000 breakfast. 1000 depart to Anzio-Nettuno (27miles/1 hr) (1100-1300)  and then to Rome airport (FCO Terminal 3) (43miles/ 1 hr)  for  1420 to get Easyjet Flight number EZY6186 1620 flight back arrive Bristol  1805
